AddYea Technologies Inc.
Ontario, Canada
Effective Date: September 10, 2026
Last Updated: September 20, 2026
Store-facing commercial and operational terms
Introduction
These Shop / Store Terms & Conditions ("Store Terms") govern the relationship between AddYea Technologies Inc. ("AddYea," "we," "us," or "our") and each participating retailer, grocery store, merchant, or other approved business using the AddYea platform ("Store," "Merchant," "you," or "your").
These Store Terms should be read together with any applicable commercial schedule, commission or fee notice, AddYea Store / Merchant Privacy Policy, onboarding documents, POS/integration requirements, and other policies expressly incorporated by AddYea.
By accepting these Store Terms or continuing to participate as an approved AddYea Store, the Store agrees to comply with them.
1. Independent Business Relationship
The Store remains an independent business and the retailer/seller of the products it offers through AddYea.
AddYea provides technology, ordering, payment coordination, delivery coordination, pickup coordination, customer-support, and related platform services. AddYea does not own the Store's inventory and does not become the retailer of Store products merely because an order is placed through AddYea.
Nothing in these Store Terms creates an employment, partnership, franchise, joint venture, or agency relationship unless expressly agreed in writing.
2. Store Eligibility and Verification
The Store must provide accurate information reasonably required by AddYea and keep that information current. AddYea may request reasonable supporting records to verify onboarding, compliance, payment, tax, insurance, pricing, refund, or dispute matters.
Individual Store owners, authorized representatives, and Store-app users must be at least 18 years of age unless AddYea expressly approves another legally permitted arrangement.
• legal/business name and registration information
• business address and authorized contact information
• banking and payout information
• applicable tax information
• POS/integration information
• required licences, permits, registrations, inspections, or approvals
• insurance information
• other documents reasonably required by AddYea
3. Authorized Store Contact
Each Store must maintain at least one current authorized contact person whom AddYea can reach for urgent operational or compliance matters.
• orders and fulfilment
• payments, refunds, chargebacks, and settlements
• POS/integration issues
• safety matters and recalls
• customer complaints
• compliance or security issues
4. Store Products and Lawful Sourcing
The Store remains responsible for the products it sells through AddYea and must ensure those products are lawfully sourced, genuine, and permitted for sale.
The Store must not knowingly offer counterfeit, stolen, recalled, prohibited, contaminated, unsafe, or unlawfully sourced products through AddYea.
• product quality and freshness
• expiry management
• accurate product identity, size, quantity, and description
• product availability
• applicable product tax settings
• safe storage, picking, packing, and handling
• legal and regulatory compliance
5. Product Information and Listings
The Store must use reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product information. AddYea may correct, hide, suspend, or remove listings that appear clearly inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, unsafe, or technically defective.
• product names and brands
• descriptions and images where supplied
• sizes, units, and pack information
• prices
• tax settings
• availability information
6. Store Pricing and In-Store Price Commitments
The Store is responsible for maintaining accurate pricing consistent with its commercial arrangement with AddYea.
Where the Store participates in an in-store-price arrangement, it must maintain pricing consistent with the agreed meaning of in-store pricing. Special walk-in promotions, loyalty prices, clearance offers, manager specials, bundled offers, or similar store-specific promotions do not automatically need to appear through AddYea unless separately agreed.
7. Price Changes
The Store may update its product prices. Price changes ordinarily apply only to future orders and should not alter the price of a confirmed customer order except for variable-weight adjustments, obvious pricing/system errors, or an AddYea-authorized correction.
8. Product Taxes and Store Tax Responsibilities
The Store is responsible for maintaining accurate product tax settings in its POS, product feed, or other applicable system. AddYea may rely on Store-provided or Store-configured product tax information when calculating customer orders.
The Store remains responsible for its own tax registrations, filings, and remittances relating to its product sales except where applicable law specifically requires AddYea to collect, report, or remit an amount.
AddYea separately determines applicable taxes on AddYea-controlled service, delivery, or platform charges where required.
9. Taxes on AddYea Charges
AddYea may charge applicable GST/HST or other taxes on commissions, platform or service fees, consumable supplies, equipment-related charges, or other taxable Store charges where required by law.
The applicable tax treatment may depend on law and AddYea's tax structure at the relevant time; these Store Terms do not permanently fix a specific tax percentage or formula.
10. Inventory and Availability
The Store must make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product availability and inventory information. The parties acknowledge that real-time inventory may occasionally differ because of recent in-store sales, system delays, shrinkage, damaged/expired products, inventory errors, or synchronization issues.
Repeated material inventory inaccuracies may result in affected listings being hidden or Store ordering being temporarily paused until the issue is corrected.
11. POS and System Integration
Where applicable, the Store must provide and maintain reasonable POS, API, account, or system access required for an authorized AddYea integration and promptly notify AddYea if such access changes, expires, is revoked, stops functioning, or appears compromised.
The Store must not intentionally disable, manipulate, circumvent, or interfere with AddYea's authorized order flow, pricing synchronization, inventory synchronization, POS connection, or related integration.
12. Technical Outages and Third-Party Services
If the Store's POS, internet, hardware, or other required system becomes unavailable, the Store should promptly notify AddYea and reasonably cooperate with temporary manual procedures where practical.
AddYea does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of its app, integrations, POS connectivity, payment processors, cloud services, internet-dependent systems, or other third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, AddYea is not automatically responsible for lost sales, lost profits, or business interruption caused by outages or failures outside AddYea's reasonable control.
13. Confirmed Orders
Once an order is confirmed through AddYea, the Store is expected to prepare the order unless a legitimate issue prevents fulfilment, such as product unavailability, safety concerns, store closure, system failure, emergency, or AddYea/Admin cancellation.
14. Store Refusal or Cancellation
The Store currently does not independently refuse or cancel a confirmed order through the Store application. If the Store cannot fulfil an order, it must contact AddYea/Admin, explain the reason, and await AddYea/Admin handling of the order status and customer impact.
The Store should not simply ignore a confirmed order.
15. Picking Accuracy
The Store is responsible for selecting the correct products, quantities, sizes, units, weights, and customer order. Where AddYea requires scanning or verification, Store staff should follow the applicable workflow.
16. Unavailable Products and Substitutions
If a product cannot be located, is damaged, expired, unsafe, recalled, or otherwise unavailable, the Store should mark it unavailable through the applicable process.
The Store should not substitute another product unless AddYea specifically introduces and authorizes an approved substitution process.
17. Variable-Weight Products
For products sold by weight, the Store must use reasonable care to select and record the actual packed weight accurately and follow any displayed allowable weight range or AddYea variable-weight instructions.
18. Commercial Weighing Equipment
Where products are sold by weight, the Store is responsible for using accurate and legally compliant commercial weighing equipment, maintaining required approvals or inspections, and recording the actual net product weight.
The Store must not charge a customer for packaging, container, or tare weight as though it were product weight where prohibited by law.
19. Packing
The Store must pack orders safely and reasonably appropriately, including protecting fragile products, securing leaking products, preventing heavy products from crushing delicate products, separating chilled/frozen goods where appropriate, and using suitable bags or packaging.
20. Order Verification Before Handoff
Before handing an order to a driver or pickup customer, the Store should reasonably verify the correct order, the correct customer/order reference, and the applicable bag count.
21. Ready Status
The Store should mark an order Ready only when it is actually picked, packed, verified, and ready for driver or customer collection.
22. Preparation Timing
The Store should make reasonable efforts to complete picking and packing within the applicable preparation schedule, cutoff, or pickup time shown or communicated by AddYea. Repeated unjustified preparation failures may result in operational review.
23. Storage While Awaiting Pickup
Until the order is handed over, the Store remains responsible for reasonably appropriate storage, including suitable storage of chilled, frozen, and perishable products while awaiting driver or customer pickup.
24. Responsibility After Driver Handoff
Once the Store has properly verified and handed an order to the assigned AddYea driver, ordinary transport-related risk generally shifts away from the Store.
The Store remains responsible for problems arising from improper packing, spoiled/expired products, wrong products, pre-existing damage, unsafe products, or another Store-caused issue existing before handoff.
25. Customer Pickup Orders
For customer pickup orders, the Store should verify reasonable order/customer information before releasing the order and may release it only to the customer or an appropriately authorized person.
26. Store-Caused Refunds and Credits
If a customer refund, credit, or adjustment is reasonably attributable to the Store, the Store may bear the applicable amount. Examples include an incorrect or missing item caused by Store error, spoiled or expired product, unsafe product, poor packing, incorrect weight, or damage existing before driver pickup.
AddYea may apply the confirmed amount against the Store's current or future settlement and should maintain a reasonable record of the reason.
27. Fault-Based Allocation of Refunds, Losses, and Chargebacks
AddYea will not automatically allocate every driver-related issue to AddYea or every customer issue to the Store. Responsibility may be determined case by case based on the circumstances, available records, and the cause of the loss, refund, credit, or chargeback.
Store-caused issues may be allocated to the Store. Customer-caused issues may be handled under the applicable customer cancellation/refund rules. Driver-related issues may be handled by AddYea based on the circumstances and applicable law. AddYea-caused issues may be borne by AddYea where appropriate.
Where responsibility is shared, disputed, or unclear, AddYea may determine a reasonable allocation or resolution based on available evidence, including order records, photos, incident notes, packing information, payment records, and applicable agreements and law.
28. Customer Refund Process
The Store should not independently issue cash refunds, e-transfers, off-platform credits, or other direct monetary refunds for an AddYea order unless specifically authorized.
Customer refund and credit matters should be routed through AddYea so customer payment and Store settlement records remain accurate.
29. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Where a customer chargeback or payment dispute is reasonably attributable to a Store-related issue, AddYea may allocate the applicable amount to the Store, including reasonably attributable payment-processing or chargeback costs where appropriate.
AddYea will use reasonable judgment based on available records and the fault-allocation principles in these Store Terms.
30. AddYea Commission
AddYea may charge the Store a commission or platform fee. Unless otherwise agreed, commission is calculated on the applicable product/item subtotal rather than customer taxes, delivery fees, AddYea service fees, driver tips, or other AddYea-controlled charges.
Applicable commission rates may vary by Store, delivery order, pickup order, commercial arrangement, or other agreed category. The applicable rate may be communicated separately and does not need to be permanently stated in these Store Terms.
31. Discounts and Promotions - Commission Treatment
If the Store funds a discount or promotion, AddYea commission will ordinarily be calculated on the actual discounted product subtotal paid by the customer.
If AddYea funds a promotion without reducing the Store's agreed payout, the Store will ordinarily receive its normal agreed product value and AddYea will bear the funded promotional amount, subject to the applicable promotion terms.
32. Variable-Weight Commission
For variable-weight products, AddYea commission will ordinarily be calculated on the final actual packed product value rather than the estimated authorization amount.
33. Payment-Processing Fees
The Store is responsible for applicable customer online payment-processing fees associated with its product sales where provided under the commercial arrangement. Such fees may be deducted from the Store settlement.
34. Authority to Collect Customer Payments
The Store authorizes AddYea and its authorized payment processors to collect customer payments for AddYea orders and to remit the Store's net settlement after applicable commissions, payment-processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, credits, settlement corrections, taxes on AddYea charges where applicable, and other agreed adjustments.
35. Store Settlements
Stores are generally paid weekly unless AddYea and the Store agree otherwise.
• gross product sales
• AddYea commission
• payment-processing fees
• Store-caused refunds or credits
• chargebacks
• taxes/fees applicable to AddYea charges where relevant
• settlement corrections
• other agreed adjustments
• final amount payable
36. Settlement Errors
If AddYea accidentally underpays the Store, AddYea may correct the underpayment. If AddYea accidentally overpays the Store, AddYea may correct the overpayment in a future settlement or through another reasonable method, with a record or explanation of the correction.
37. Negative Store Balances
A valid negative Store balance arising from refunds, chargebacks, commissions, fees, settlement corrections, equipment/consumable charges, or other amounts owed remains payable even if the Store has no future payout or the Store relationship ends.
AddYea may invoice the Store or otherwise seek lawful recovery of the outstanding amount.
38. Temporary Settlement Holds
AddYea may temporarily hold or delay a Store payout where reasonably necessary because of fraud concerns, banking verification, chargeback investigations, major refund disputes, suspected account compromise, payment-processing issues, or another legitimate settlement concern.
39. Commission and Commercial Fee Changes
AddYea may change applicable Store commission rates or other commercial fees with advance written notice. New rates should apply to future orders after the stated effective date and should not retroactively change the commercial rate for orders already confirmed.
40. Promotions
The Store will participate in Store-funded promotions only where it has agreed to the applicable promotion or commercial terms. AddYea may independently fund customer promotions where doing so does not reduce the Store's otherwise agreed payout. Promotion-specific rules may apply.
41. No Exclusivity
Unless separately agreed in writing, the Store remains free to sell through its physical location, its own website, other delivery platforms, other marketplaces, and other lawful sales channels.
42. Store Hours and Availability
The Store is responsible for maintaining reasonably accurate operating hours and availability information and should notify AddYea as early as reasonably possible about planned closures, holidays, renovations, unusual operating hours, or other expected periods when orders cannot be fulfilled.
43. Temporary Store Unavailability
If the Store becomes unexpectedly unable to fulfil orders because of staffing shortages, emergency, technical failure, POS outage, closure, or another operational issue, the Store should promptly notify AddYea or use available Store-unavailable functionality where provided.
44. Capacity Controls
AddYea may temporarily limit Store orders, reduce available delivery windows, pause ordering, or apply other reasonable operational controls where order volume exceeds what the Store can reasonably prepare.
45. Repeated Fulfilment Failures
Repeated unjustified Store cancellations/refusals, ignored orders, preparation delays, inaccurate Ready statuses, or fulfilment failures may result in warnings, temporary pauses, restrictions, or removal from the platform.
46. Store Staff and Employment Responsibilities
The Store is responsible for ensuring personnel using AddYea are appropriately authorized and reasonably trained.
The Store is solely responsible for its own employees and staff, including wages, payroll, scheduling, workplace obligations, WSIB obligations where applicable, training, supervision, and employment-law compliance.
47. Store Account Security
The Store must reasonably protect AddYea credentials, POS credentials, passwords, OTP/security codes, API credentials, and authorized-user access and must promptly notify AddYea if it suspects unauthorized access or compromise.
48. Authorized Staff Removal
The Store must promptly remove or disable AddYea access for employees or other users who leave the Store, are terminated, change roles, or no longer require access, and must notify AddYea where necessary to complete access removal.
49. Staff Actions
The Store is generally responsible for actions taken through its Store account by its authorized staff, including price changes, fulfilment actions, order-status changes, data access, and Store account activity, subject to applicable law.
50. Customer Information
The Store should receive only customer information reasonably necessary for order preparation, such as customer name and order information.
The Store ordinarily should not receive the customer's delivery address or phone number unless specifically authorized for a legitimate operational purpose.
51. Customer Privacy and Solicitation
The Store must not use AddYea customer information to market directly to customers without authorization, contact customers for unrelated purposes, build independent marketing lists, solicit customers away from AddYea, or improperly move customers off the AddYea platform.
52. Confidentiality
The Store must protect AddYea's non-public confidential information, including customer information, technical/integration information, internal procedures, confidential pricing, commission arrangements, operational information, security information, and other non-public business information.
53. AddYea Software and Intellectual Property
AddYea retains ownership of its app, software, workflows, designs, scanner/order systems, APIs, integrations, documentation, branding, and other technology and intellectual property.
The Store receives only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use AddYea systems as necessary to participate in the platform during the Store relationship.
The Store must not copy, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, commercially exploit, modify, or provide unauthorized access to AddYea technology or systems.
54. Store Branding and Content
The Store retains ownership of its business name, trademarks, logos, product images, descriptions, and other Store-owned content.
The Store grants AddYea a limited, non-exclusive right to use and display those materials as reasonably necessary to operate the platform, display the Store/products, facilitate orders, and promote the Store's participation in AddYea.
The Store represents that it has the right to provide such materials.
55. AddYea-Owned Equipment
All carts, tablets, scanners, printers, bins, label equipment, and other physical equipment supplied by AddYea remain the property of AddYea unless expressly sold or transferred in writing.
The Store must use reasonable care and safekeeping and must return AddYea-owned equipment when requested or when the Store relationship ends.
56. Equipment Restrictions
Without AddYea authorization, the Store must not sell, lend, transfer, relocate, modify, dispose of, or materially alter AddYea-owned equipment.
The Store must not remove or alter AddYea asset tags, serial numbers, security controls, installed software, device-management controls, or identification on AddYea-owned equipment.
57. Equipment Loss or Damage
If AddYea-owned equipment is lost, stolen, misused, deliberately damaged, or damaged through negligence beyond normal wear and tear while under the Store's control, the Store must either replace it with a new/equivalent item approved by AddYea or reimburse AddYea for the reasonable repair or replacement cost.
Normal wear and tear is not treated as Store-caused damage.
58. Stickers, Labels, and Consumable Supplies
The Store is responsible for the cost of consumable labels, stickers, and similar supplies required for AddYea order preparation.
The Store may purchase AddYea-approved compatible stickers/labels independently or obtain them from AddYea at the applicable disclosed price plus applicable taxes.
AddYea may charge the actual cost or another separately disclosed price for consumable supplies.
59. Approved Consumable Specifications
Store-purchased labels, stickers, and related supplies must meet AddYea-approved specifications and be used as instructed so order/bag identification and equipment operation remain reliable.
The Store must not knowingly use incompatible supplies that damage equipment or materially disrupt the AddYea workflow.
60. Product Recalls and Safety Notices
If the Store becomes aware that a product sold through AddYea has been recalled, may be contaminated/unsafe, was unlawfully sold, or presents another material safety concern, the Store must notify AddYea promptly and reasonably cooperate in identifying affected orders and customers where appropriate.
61. Food Safety and Legal Compliance
The Store must comply with applicable requirements relating to food safety, sanitation, storage, refrigeration, freezing, temperature control, food handling, labelling, inspections, public health, and sale of regulated products.
62. Food Traceability and Source Records
The Store must maintain supplier, product-source, and food-traceability records for the periods required by applicable law and provide relevant information when reasonably necessary for a recall, safety investigation, regulatory inquiry, or customer-protection issue.
63. Licences and Permits
The Store is responsible for maintaining all licences, permits, registrations, inspections, approvals, and authorizations legally required to operate its business and sell its products.
64. Store Insurance
AddYea may require the Store to maintain appropriate commercial/business liability insurance and provide proof of coverage when reasonably requested.
65. Safe Pickup Environment and Conduct
The Store should provide a reasonably safe environment for AddYea driver pickup and Store staff must treat AddYea drivers and AddYea personnel reasonably.
Threatening, harassing, discriminatory, abusive, or dangerous conduct toward drivers or AddYea personnel may result in review, restrictions, suspension, or removal from the platform.
66. Store-Caused Claims and Losses
To the extent legally permitted, the Store is responsible for claims, losses, costs, or liabilities reasonably caused by the Store's products, food-safety failure, mislabelling, unlawful product, tax error, packing, fulfilment, employee conduct, legal non-compliance, or other Store fault.
67. AddYea Not Responsible for Store Operations
AddYea is not responsible for the Store's premises, employees, product sourcing, internal operations, food preparation, storage procedures, workplace compliance, or legal violations except to the extent AddYea is legally responsible for its own conduct.
68. Limitation of AddYea Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AddYea will not be liable to the Store for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost sales, loss of opportunity, or business interruption arising from the Store relationship or use of the platform.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, AddYea's liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Store Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
69. Cooperation With Investigations
The Store must reasonably cooperate with AddYea concerning customer complaints, recalls, payment disputes, fraud investigations, safety incidents, regulatory inquiries, Store-account issues, or other legitimate operational investigations.
70. Verification and Inspection Rights
AddYea may request reasonable supporting records, explanations, or evidence, and may inspect AddYea-owned equipment where reasonably necessary to verify pricing, refunds, product weights, tax settings, licensing, insurance, fraud, safety, material contractual issues, or condition/return of AddYea equipment.
Any verification request should be reasonably related to the AddYea relationship and not used as an unrestricted audit of unrelated Store business.
71. Order Documentation
The Store should preserve relevant picking, packing, fulfilment, refund, and issue records for a reasonable period consistent with applicable law and legitimate operational needs and provide them when reasonably required for customer complaints, refunds, chargebacks, recalls, safety reviews, or disputes.
72. No Guarantee of Sales
AddYea does not guarantee the Store minimum orders, minimum revenue, minimum customers, minimum sales volume, or any particular commercial performance.
73. Order Changes After Handoff
Once an order has been verified and handed to the driver or pickup customer, the Store should not alter the order record, packed products, or bag contents unless AddYea/Admin specifically authorizes a correction.
74. Bag and Packaging Fees
Where mandatory Store bag or packaging fees apply to an AddYea order, those charges should be disclosed through AddYea where applicable and recorded in the order/settlement process. The Store should not separately collect undisclosed mandatory packaging fees from the customer.
75. Store Suspension or Removal
AddYea may temporarily pause, restrict, suspend, or remove a Store for legitimate reasons, including food-safety concerns, fraud, repeated fulfilment failures, invalid licences, serious customer complaints, abusive conduct, repeated data inaccuracies, security concerns, serious payment issues, or material violation of these Store Terms.
76. Store Leaving AddYea
The Store may end its AddYea relationship by providing reasonable written notice. The Store remains responsible for properly completing or resolving already-confirmed orders, outstanding customer issues, chargebacks, refunds, settlement matters, and other obligations arising before termination.
77. Change of Ownership and Assignment
The Store may not transfer its AddYea agreement/account to a buyer, successor, affiliate, or another business without AddYea's prior approval.
AddYea may assign or transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, restructuring, financing, sale of business, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
78. Final Settlement After Termination
After the Store relationship ends, AddYea may still complete final settlements, apply valid Store-caused refunds, allocate chargebacks, apply commissions/fees, correct settlement errors, recover negative balances, and resolve amounts arising from orders placed before termination.
79. Record Retention
AddYea may retain Store-related agreements, orders, settlements, commissions, refunds, chargebacks, tax records, complaint records, equipment records, and legal records after termination for periods reasonably required by tax, accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, safety, dispute-resolution, contractual, or other legitimate business requirements.
80. Electronic Communications
The Store agrees that AddYea may provide operational and contractual communications electronically through email, the Store application, approved messaging channels, or another reasonable electronic method.
Operational and contractual communications may be delivered through email, the Store application, push notifications, telephone, WhatsApp, or another approved channel as appropriate. AddYea may use email OTP, SMS OTP when available, or another reasonable method for account or security verification. When available, SMS is limited to one-time passwords, security verification codes, and related account-verification purposes under the AddYea Store / Merchant Privacy Policy unless AddYea later introduces another lawful SMS use with any required notice or consent.
81. Changes to These Store Terms
AddYea may update these Store Terms from time to time because of operational, service, commercial, technology, legal, or platform changes.
AddYea will provide reasonable written notice of material changes where appropriate and may request fresh acknowledgement for material changes.
82. Privacy
AddYea's handling of Store owners', representatives', authorized staff members', and other relevant personal information is governed by the AddYea Store / Merchant Privacy Policy. The Store must also protect customer and AddYea information made available to it.
83. Governing Law
These Store Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada.
84. Severability
If any provision of these Store Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent legally permitted.
85. No Waiver
If AddYea does not immediately enforce a provision of these Store Terms, that does not mean AddYea permanently waives the right to enforce it later.
86. Entire Agreement
These Store Terms, together with the AddYea Store / Merchant Privacy Policy, applicable commission/fee schedules, signed commercial terms, Store onboarding information, POS/integration terms, and other terms expressly incorporated by reference form the agreement governing the Store's participation in AddYea.
Where a separately signed commercial agreement expressly conflicts with these general Store Terms, the signed commercial agreement may control that specific commercial matter.
87. Contact
Additional support methods may be provided through the Store application, including telephone or WhatsApp support where offered. These channels are for support and operational communications; when available, AddYea SMS/text messaging is limited to OTP and security verification unless AddYea lawfully changes that practice and updates the applicable privacy notice.
STORE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By accepting these Store Terms or continuing to participate as an approved AddYea Store, the Store acknowledges that it has reviewed and agreed to these Store Terms.
AddYea may retain an electronic record of the Store's acceptance, including the applicable version, date, and time.
