Customer Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: September 4, 2026

Last Updated: September 20, 2026

1. Introduction

These Customer Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the AddYea website, customer application, and related ordering, pickup, delivery, payment, wallet, and customer-support services (collectively, the “Services”).

These Terms form an agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and AddYea Technologies Inc. (“AddYea,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an Ontario, Canada corporation.

By creating an account, accessing the Services, or placing an order through AddYea, you agree to these Terms and the AddYea Customer Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not place an order or use the Services.

2. AddYea’s Role

AddYea operates a technology platform that allows customers to browse and order products offered by participating stores.

The participating store is the retailer and seller of the grocery products and other merchandise purchased through the platform.

AddYea facilitates functions including:

• online ordering;

• payment processing and payment authorization;

• communication relating to orders;

• delivery coordination;

• pickup coordination;

• customer support; and

• related technology and administrative services.

The participating store remains responsible for the products it sells, including product quality, freshness, expiry management, product preparation, storage, packaging, pricing information supplied to AddYea, inventory information, and applicable product tax information.

3. Customer Eligibility

Customer accounts are intended for individuals who are at least 16 years of age.

If you are under the age of majority in your province or territory, you represent that you have any permission or authorization required to use the Services and make purchases through AddYea.

Driver and merchant relationships are governed separately and are not covered by these Customer Terms.

4. Customer Accounts

Customers must provide accurate and current information, including where applicable:

• name;

• email address;

• telephone number;

• delivery address;

• billing information; and

• delivery instructions.

You are responsible for keeping this information accurate and up to date.

Customer accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, or improperly shared with another person.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless you promptly notify AddYea of suspected unauthorized access.

AddYea may require OTP, email verification, telephone verification, or other reasonable security measures.

5. Account Security and Misuse

Customers must not:

• use AddYea for fraud or unlawful activity;

• interfere with or attempt to manipulate the platform;

• obtain unauthorized access to another account;

• manipulate payments or wallet balances;

• submit knowingly false claims;

• abuse refund, wallet-credit, promotion, or cancellation systems;

• create multiple accounts to improperly obtain offers, promotions, referral benefits, credits, or courtesies;

• introduce harmful code or otherwise interfere with AddYea systems; or

• use the Services in a manner that threatens the security of AddYea, stores, drivers, or other customers.

AddYea may restrict, suspend, investigate, or close accounts where AddYea reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, serious misconduct, payment misuse, or material violations of these Terms.

6. Placing an Order

When you select products and tap Place Order, AddYea will attempt to authorize the applicable payment amount.

An order is accepted when:

  1. the applicable payment authorization succeeds;

  2. required system checks are completed; and

  3. AddYea confirms the order through the platform.

The participating store does not need to separately accept each order unless AddYea specifically indicates otherwise.

AddYea may reject or cancel an order where necessary because of payment failure, technical error, suspected fraud, product availability, store availability, service-area limitations, operational issues, safety concerns, or another reasonable cause.

7. Review Before Ordering

Immediately before placing an order, customers should have an opportunity to review and correct applicable order information, including:

• products;

• quantities;

• delivery or pickup option;

• delivery address;

• delivery instructions;

• delivery or pickup slot;

• estimated charges;

• applicable taxes;

• wallet credits;

• fees; and

• final estimated total.

The final estimated total will be displayed before the customer places the order.

A more detailed breakdown of fees, taxes, credits, and other components may be available through an expandable order-summary or breakdown control.

8. Electronic Acceptance and Order Records

Customers may accept these Terms electronically, including by selecting an applicable checkbox or button.

AddYea may retain records showing:

• the version of the Terms accepted;

• date and time of acceptance;

• order details;

• payment authorization;

• final amount charged;

• delivery or pickup status; and

• approved adjustments.

Customers may receive an electronic confirmation or receipt through the application or email.

9. Payment Authorization and Final Capture

AddYea may place a temporary authorization on the customer's selected payment method when an order is placed.

The authorization is not necessarily the final charge.

AddYea generally captures payment after the order has been picked and packed and the final amount is known.

Where the final amount is lower than the authorized amount, AddYea will capture only the applicable final amount.

Any unused portion of an authorization will not be captured by AddYea.

The customer's financial institution or card issuer may take additional time to release an unused authorization hold. AddYea does not control the timing of a bank or card issuer's release of an authorization hold.

If authorization expires or cannot be captured, AddYea may request a new authorization or cancel the order if payment cannot be completed.

10. Payment Method Failure

If a payment method is declined, expired, blocked, unavailable, or otherwise cannot be used, AddYea may require another valid payment method before proceeding with the order.

AddYea may cancel an order where valid payment cannot be obtained.

11. Currency

Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices, fees, charges, refunds, and wallet credits displayed by AddYea are stated in Canadian dollars (CAD).

12. Product Prices

Product prices are displayed before an order is placed.

Except for:

• variable-weight products;

• applicable taxes;

• approved order changes;

• obvious pricing errors; or

• other clearly disclosed adjustments,

the customer will generally receive the product price displayed when the order was placed.

13. “In-Store Price”

Where AddYea represents a product as being offered at an “In-store price,” this refers to the participating store's regular in-store selling price for that product at the relevant time.

“In-store price” does not necessarily include special or limited offers that are not displayed through AddYea, including, but not limited to:

• walk-in-only offers;

• limited-time in-store promotions;

• loyalty or membership pricing;

• clearance pricing;

• manager specials;

• bundled offers;

• store-specific promotional offers; or

• other special pricing not displayed through AddYea.

Obvious pricing, data, or system errors are also excluded.

Promotions available inside a physical store do not automatically apply to an AddYea order unless the promotion is specifically displayed through AddYea.

14. Pricing and Listing Errors

AddYea may correct an obvious pricing, inventory, tax, product-data, or display error when identified.

Where an apparent error is identified before final payment capture, AddYea may:

• correct the amount;

• remove an affected product;

• hide or correct a listing;

• cancel an affected portion of an order; or

• cancel the order where reasonably necessary.

Where a correction materially affects the customer, AddYea may notify the customer.

15. Product Availability

Product availability displayed through AddYea is not guaranteed until the product is actually located, picked, and packed by the participating store.

Inventory information may differ from physical inventory because of:

• recent in-store purchases;

• POS or inventory delays;

• damaged or expired products;

• inventory errors;

• theft or shrinkage;

• technical synchronization issues; or

• other circumstances.

An unavailable item will generally be removed from the final order, and the customer will not be charged for that item.

16. Unavailable Items and the 25% Rule

The significance of unavailable products is measured based on the value of unavailable items compared with the original order value, rather than solely by the number of items.

Where applicable, if unavailable items exceed 25% of the original order value, AddYea may follow the customer's selected unavailable-item preference.

Where the applicable preference feature is available, options may include:

• Proceed with the available items;

• Contact me before proceeding; or

• Cancel the order.

If the customer selects Proceed with the available items, AddYea may complete the order with the available items and charge only for the products actually packed.

If the customer selects Contact me before proceeding, AddYea may temporarily hold the order while attempting to contact the customer.

If the customer cannot be reached, AddYea administration may determine when the order can no longer reasonably be completed and may cancel it.

Where AddYea cancels the order because the order could not reasonably be completed and the customer could not be reached, the customer will not be charged for an uncaptured order.

If the customer selects Cancel the order, AddYea may cancel the order when the applicable unavailability threshold is reached.

Where an order is moved to a later same-day delivery batch because of store or AddYea availability and the customer agrees to the change, AddYea will not impose an additional delivery fee solely because of that move.

17. Final Order Below Minimum

A minimum order value may apply and will be displayed through the Services where applicable.

If the customer satisfied the applicable minimum order requirement when placing the order, the order may continue even if unavailable products later reduce the final packed value below that minimum.

18. Substitutions

AddYea does not currently guarantee or provide product substitutions unless a substitution feature is specifically offered through the application.

If substitutions are introduced later, additional rules or customer preferences may apply.

19. Variable-Weight Products

Certain products, including produce, meat, seafood, or other products sold by weight, may vary from the estimated quantity.

AddYea may display:

• an estimated target weight;

• an approximate permitted weight range; and

• an estimated price.

For example, a product described as approximately 1 kg may have a displayed permitted range such as 900 g to 1.1 kg.

The payment authorization may include the amount associated with the upper end of the displayed permitted range.

The customer will be charged based on the actual packed weight, subject to the displayed range and applicable price per unit of weight.

The store should not exceed the displayed maximum weight range without additional customer approval where such approval is required.

20. Taxes

Applicable taxes will be charged where required by law.

Product taxes may be calculated using tax information supplied or configured by the participating store or its connected systems.

Participating stores are responsible for maintaining reasonably accurate product tax settings and related product information.

AddYea may separately calculate applicable taxes on AddYea-controlled charges, including delivery, service, or other platform fees where required.

Where an apparent tax error is identified, AddYea may review and correct the error.

A confirmed tax overcharge may be corrected or refunded as appropriate.

The final receipt may show applicable taxes separately.

21. Delivery and Service Fees

AddYea may charge:

• delivery fees;

• service/platform fees;

• heavy-order charges;

• packaging or bag charges;

• redelivery charges;

• return-to-store charges; or

• other charges specifically disclosed through the Services.

Applicable fees and estimated taxes will be made available before the order is placed.

The customer's final total will be displayed before checkout.

After an order has been placed, AddYea will not increase the delivery fee without the customer's express approval.

If circumstances such as severe weather, difficult driving conditions, or insufficient driver availability make delivery unavailable at the confirmed delivery fee, AddYea may offer the customer the option to proceed at a revised delivery fee. The revised fee will apply only if the customer expressly approves it.

If the customer does not approve the revised delivery fee and AddYea cannot complete the delivery at the original confirmed fee, the customer may cancel the affected order without a cancellation charge.

A completed delivery fee is generally non-refundable after successful delivery unless AddYea determines otherwise or applicable law requires a different result.

22. Heavy and Oversized Orders

AddYea may establish reasonable limits relating to:

• total order weight;

• order size;

• quantity;

• delivery distance;

• product type; or

• other operational or safety factors.

An additional heavy-order charge may apply where disclosed before checkout.

AddYea may require pickup instead of delivery if an order exceeds a weight or size that AddYea reasonably considers unsuitable or unsafe for delivery.

23. Promotions and Coupons

Promotions, coupons, referral offers, or promotional credits may be subject to specific conditions, including:

• eligibility;

• expiry dates;

• participating stores;

• minimum spend;

• product restrictions;

• quantity limits;

• geographic restrictions;

• account restrictions; and

• usage limits.

Promotions may not be combined unless AddYea expressly permits stacking.

AddYea may modify, suspend, cancel, or correct a promotion where reasonably necessary because of fraud, abuse, technical error, pricing error, or another legitimate operational reason.

If a customer legitimately qualified for a promotion at checkout but unavailable products later reduce the final order below the promotion's original minimum-spend requirement, AddYea may continue to honour the promotion.

AddYea may remove a promotion obtained through an obvious technical error or improper use.

24. AddYea Wallet

AddYea may maintain a wallet or account-credit system.

Wallet Credit may be provided for:

• approved customer-service adjustments;

• missing items;

• incorrect items;

• damaged or quality-related items;

• delivery issues;

• goodwill;

• promotions; or

• other approved reasons.

Unless otherwise identified as promotional credit, approved refund or compensation Wallet Credit does not expire.

Wallet Credit:

• is intended for future purchases through AddYea;

• cannot ordinarily be withdrawn as cash;

• cannot ordinarily be transferred to another customer account; and

• remains in the customer's wallet until used.

If only part of the Wallet Credit is used, the remaining balance will continue to be available for future eligible purchases.

Where applicable law requires an actual monetary refund, Wallet Credit will not replace the customer's applicable legal refund rights.

25. Use of Wallet Balance

Where supported, available Wallet Credit may be applied automatically before charging the customer's selected payment method.

If the Wallet Credit is insufficient to pay the full amount, the remaining balance may be charged to the customer's selected payment method.

26. Wallet Security and Fraud

AddYea may review, temporarily restrict, suspend, adjust, or reverse Wallet Credit where AddYea reasonably believes that the balance or credit was created or obtained through:

• fraud;

• hacking;

• unauthorized access;

• system manipulation;

• technical error;

• duplicate issuance;

• promotion abuse;

• account abuse; or

• other improper means.

AddYea may review account and transaction records before restoring, correcting, or removing affected credits.

Legitimate credits should not be permanently removed solely because an unrelated portion of the wallet is under investigation.

If an account is suspended or closed for serious fraud or abuse, Wallet Credit remains subject to review and does not automatically become payable in cash.

27. Refunds and Adjustments

AddYea may review claims relating to:

• missing products;

• incorrect products;

• damaged products;

• spoiled or poor-quality products;

• billing errors;

• delivery problems; or

• other customer-service matters.

AddYea may require reasonable supporting information, including photographs, order information, or other evidence.

After review, AddYea administration may determine:

• whether an adjustment is approved;

• the amount of the adjustment; and

• whether the approved amount is provided as AddYea Wallet Credit, returned to the original payment method where available, or otherwise issued by another lawful method permitted under these Terms.

During the initial launch period, if an approved monetary refund cannot be processed through the original payment method, AddYea may offer to send the refund by Interac e-Transfer to the verified email address associated with the customer’s AddYea account. AddYea will obtain the customer’s confirmation before using this method. AddYea does not collect bank account numbers to process the transfer.

Where applicable law requires a monetary refund or otherwise limits AddYea's discretion, AddYea will comply with those requirements.

28. Missing, Incorrect, Damaged, or Spoiled Products

Customers should report missing, incorrect, damaged, spoiled, leaking, or materially poor-quality products as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

AddYea may request photographs or other reasonable evidence before approving an adjustment.

These reporting expectations do not eliminate any longer statutory rights that cannot legally be limited.

29. Billing and Charge Concerns

Customers should review their receipts and payment records.

Billing or charge concerns should be reported as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within 48 hours of becoming aware of the issue.

This timeframe does not limit any longer rights that cannot legally be restricted.

Confirmed duplicate charges or similar payment errors will be corrected as appropriate.

30. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Customers should contact AddYea where reasonably possible before initiating a payment dispute so AddYea has an opportunity to investigate the issue.

AddYea may investigate repeated or apparently abusive disputes or chargebacks.

Accounts may be temporarily restricted or suspended while suspected payment abuse is reviewed.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising payment-dispute rights available under applicable law or card-network rules.

31. Cancellation Before Picking Begins

A customer may cancel an order without an AddYea cancellation charge before the participating store begins picking the order, subject to any applicable technical limitations.

Where the payment has only been authorized and no amount should be captured, AddYea may cancel or release the authorization rather than capture the order payment.

32. Cancellation After Picking Begins

Once picking or packing has started, the store and AddYea may already have incurred labour, preparation, payment, or operational costs.

Cancellations after picking begins are therefore subject to administrative review.

AddYea administration may determine whether:

• no cancellation charge applies;

• a reasonable cancellation charge applies;

• a partial amount should be captured from an existing authorization; or

• another appropriate adjustment should be made.

Where a cancellation charge is approved before final payment capture, AddYea may capture only the approved amount from the existing authorization where supported.

Any cancellation-related charge should be reflected in the customer's applicable final order record or receipt.

The administrative cancellation rules in this Section do not apply where these Terms expressly provide a no-charge cancellation because AddYea initiated a post-order delivery-fee or delivery-slot change and the customer did not agree to that change.

33. Cancellation After Driver Pickup

Once a driver has picked up the order, cancellation may result in partial charges or no refund because:

• products have already been picked and packed;

• the store may have incurred preparation costs;

• a driver may already have travelled to the store;

• delivery may already be underway;

• perishable goods may no longer be safely returned or resold; and

• return travel may be required.

A cancellation request after driver pickup may be sent for administrative review.

Depending on the circumstances, AddYea may determine whether to:

• continue the delivery where the customer agrees;

• return the order to the store where possible;

• issue a partial adjustment;

• decline an adjustment; or

• apply reasonable store, driver, delivery, return, or cancellation-related charges.

If the customer clearly instructs AddYea not to deliver the order, AddYea will not intentionally complete the delivery against that express instruction.

The financial consequences of the cancellation remain subject to administrative review.

34. Customer Refusal at Delivery

If the driver reaches the delivery location and the customer refuses to accept the order, the matter will generally be treated as a post-pickup cancellation.

Where products can safely be returned and the store accepts them, AddYea may take that into consideration when determining charges or adjustments.

Where chilled, frozen, perishable, or other products cannot safely be returned or resold, the value of those products and related delivery costs may be considered when determining the customer's responsibility for the failed delivery.

35. Cancellation Records

Where AddYea applies a cancellation charge, partial adjustment, or other special decision, the relevant adjustment may be recorded in the customer's order history or receipt.

AddYea may maintain internal administrative notes relating to:

• cancellation reasons;

• failed deliveries;

• refunds;

• wallet credits;

• unusual payment adjustments; and

• related decisions.

36. Delivery Areas

Delivery availability may depend on:

• participating store;

• customer location;

• delivery radius;

• postal code;

• delivery zone;

• road accessibility;

• driver availability;

• order weight;

• service capacity; and

• available delivery slots.

AddYea may change or limit delivery areas where reasonably necessary.

37. Delivery Slots

Available delivery windows are subject to capacity and operational availability.

A delivery slot viewed by a customer is not guaranteed until the order is successfully placed and the slot is confirmed.

Once successfully confirmed, AddYea will use reasonable efforts to serve the selected delivery window.

Delivery windows are estimates rather than guarantees of an exact arrival time.

38. Delivery Timing

Delivery times may be affected by:

• store preparation time;

• traffic;

• road conditions;

• weather;

• driver availability;

• order volume;

• emergencies;

• technical failures; or

• other circumstances.

An order may arrive slightly before or after the selected delivery window where reasonably necessary.

If AddYea cannot reasonably meet the selected window, AddYea may contact the customer and, with the customer's agreement where appropriate, move the order to another available delivery slot.

If AddYea asks the customer to move a confirmed delivery to another delivery slot and the customer does not agree to the proposed replacement slot, the customer may cancel the affected order without a cancellation charge.

If the customer agrees to the replacement delivery slot, the original delivery fee will remain unchanged unless the customer separately and expressly approves a delivery-fee change in accordance with Section 21.

39. Customer-Requested Delivery Changes

Requests to change a delivery slot after an order is confirmed are subject to:

• availability;

• order status;

• driver assignment;

• store preparation status; and

• administrative approval.

AddYea does not guarantee that a requested change can be accommodated.

40. Delivery Address Changes

A customer may request a delivery-address change after placing an order.

Any change is subject to:

• the new address being within the applicable service area;

• delivery timing;

• driver availability;

• distance;

• operational feasibility; and

• AddYea administrative approval.

Additional charges may apply if the address change creates additional distance, time, or redelivery costs.

41. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address and the driver has already begun the delivery, AddYea may apply reasonable additional charges for:

• additional travel;

• waiting time;

• redelivery;

• return to store; or

• other resulting operational costs.

The applicable outcome may be determined by AddYea administration.

42. Delivery Instructions

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and reasonable delivery instructions.

Drivers are expected to follow delivery instructions where the instructions are:

• reasonably practical;

• safe;

• lawful; and

• consistent with AddYea operations.

Drivers are not required to follow instructions that are dangerous, unlawful, abusive, or unreasonable.

Where an instruction cannot safely or reasonably be followed, the driver may contact AddYea administration.

43. Direct-Handoff Delivery

Where direct handoff is required, the driver may mark the order Delivered after successfully completing the delivery.

No separate “Handed to Customer” status is required.

If the customer or recipient cannot be reached for a direct-handoff delivery, the driver should make up to two reasonable contact attempts before escalating the matter to AddYea administration.

If the customer remains unreachable, administration may determine the appropriate next step.

44. Leave-at-Door Delivery

If the customer selects Leave at Door, the driver is not required to call the customer as part of the ordinary delivery process.

The driver should follow the customer's reasonable leave-at-door instructions.

A proof-of-delivery photograph is required before a Leave-at-Door delivery is marked Delivered.

Once the order has been:

  1. safely left at the instructed location;

  2. photographed; and

  3. marked Delivered,

the customer is responsible for retrieving the order promptly.

AddYea is generally not responsible for theft, weather exposure, spoilage, or other loss occurring after a properly completed Leave-at-Door delivery, except where the delivery was clearly made to the wrong or an unsafe location or applicable law provides otherwise.

45. Unsafe Leave-at-Door Location

A driver is not required to leave an order at a location the driver reasonably considers unsafe, insecure, inaccessible, or unsuitable.

In that situation, the driver may contact AddYea administration for instructions.

Administration may determine whether to:

• attempt another safe delivery arrangement;

• contact the customer;

• wait for further instructions;

• return the order; or

• take another reasonable action.

46. Proof of Delivery

Proof-of-delivery photographs and related order information may be used by AddYea when reviewing delivery disputes or missing-order claims.

A properly recorded proof-of-delivery photograph may be considered evidence that a Leave-at-Door order was delivered to the recorded location.

47. Customer Unavailability

Where direct handoff or customer action is required and the customer cannot be reached, the driver may escalate the matter to AddYea administration after reasonable contact attempts.

Administration may determine whether to:

• wait;

• attempt additional contact;

• return the order;

• arrange redelivery;

• cancel the delivery; or

• apply reasonable additional charges.

Additional charges may reflect actual or reasonable operational costs caused by the failed delivery.

48. Customer-Caused Redelivery

Where another delivery trip is required because of:

• incorrect address information;

• customer unavailability;

• access problems;

• missing delivery instructions;

or

• another customer-caused issue,

AddYea may apply a reasonable redelivery or additional delivery charge.

For the current service, the applicable charge may be determined by AddYea administration based on the circumstances.

49. Driver Waiting Time

Where a driver must wait an unreasonable amount of time because the customer or recipient is unavailable, AddYea may apply an additional charge or other administrative adjustment where reasonably justified.

50. Return-to-Store Costs

Where an order must be returned to a participating store because a delivery could not be completed due to the customer, reasonable return travel, delivery, preparation, or related costs may be considered when determining the final amount charged or adjusted.

51. Access Problems

Customers are responsible for providing necessary:

• buzzer numbers;

• apartment or unit details;

• gate codes;

• building access instructions; and

• other reasonable access information.

Where a delivery cannot be completed because required access information was not provided, the failed-delivery rules may apply.

52. Safety at Delivery

Drivers are not required to enter or remain in a location they reasonably consider unsafe.

Safety concerns may include:

• threatening or abusive individuals;

• unsecured animals;

• hazardous property conditions;

• dangerous traffic conditions;

• illegal activity; or

• other reasonable safety concerns.

A driver may remain at a safe location and contact AddYea administration for instructions.

53. Customer Conduct

Customers must treat:

• drivers;

• store staff;

• AddYea personnel; and

• other users

with reasonable respect.

AddYea may restrict, suspend, or close accounts involving serious or repeated:

• harassment;

• threats;

• abuse;

• discrimination;

• violence;

• fraud; or

• other unsafe conduct.

54. Concierge and Front-Desk Deliveries

If the customer specifically instructs AddYea to deliver an order to a concierge, reception desk, security desk, or other authorized receiving person, the delivery may be considered complete once the order has been safely handed over in accordance with those instructions.

55. Orders for Another Person

A customer may place an order for another recipient where the Services permit it.

The customer is responsible for ensuring the recipient's:

• name;

• delivery address;

• phone number; and

• delivery instructions

are accurate.

If the recipient is unavailable for a direct-handoff delivery, the same failed-delivery rules may apply.

56. Pickup Orders

These Terms also apply to customer pickup orders.

Delivery-specific provisions apply only where delivery has been selected.

Customers should wait until the order is confirmed as ready before travelling to collect a pickup order.

Customers may be required to provide:

• customer name;

• order number; or

• another reasonable form of order verification.

57. Third-Party Pickup

Another person may collect a pickup order on behalf of the customer where that person has reasonable authorization or the required order-verification information.

AddYea or the participating store may refuse release of an order where there is a reasonable concern regarding identity, fraud, or authorization.

58. Late or Missed Pickup

If a customer does not collect a pickup order within the applicable pickup period, AddYea or the participating store may hold the order for a reasonable period where safe and practical.

Administration may determine whether:

• the order can continue to be held;

• the order must be cancelled;

• perishable products must be disposed of;

• products may be returned to inventory; or

• reasonable charges apply.

Where the customer causes a delay and chilled, frozen, or perishable products can no longer safely be held, refunded, or resold, AddYea may limit or decline an adjustment for the affected products, subject to applicable law.

59. Product Information

Product photographs, descriptions, package designs, sizes, colours, and other visual information are provided for identification and convenience.

Actual products may vary from the image displayed because of:

• manufacturer packaging changes;

• label changes;

• design changes;

• seasonal packaging;

• product revisions; or

• other minor differences.

Where the underlying product is materially different from what was ordered, the customer may contact AddYea for review.

60. Manufacturer Changes

Manufacturers may change:

• packaging;

• labels;

• ingredients;

• formulation;

• size; or

• product information

without providing advance notice to AddYea.

Customers should review the physical product label before consumption or use.

61. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists, allergen warnings, dietary information, and product labels.

AddYea does not guarantee that product information displayed through the platform is complete, current, or appropriate for an individual's allergy, intolerance, medical condition, or dietary requirement.

Where allergies or dietary restrictions are significant, customers should verify the product directly from its packaging or manufacturer before consumption.

62. Product Quality and Freshness

Participating stores are responsible for using reasonable care regarding:

• freshness;

• expiry dates;

• product condition;

• safe storage;

• picking; and

• packing.

Where AddYea uses wording such as “Freshness Guaranteed,” this means AddYea will review reasonable freshness or product-quality complaints and determine an appropriate resolution.

It does not constitute an absolute guarantee that every individual product will be free from every natural or minor variation.

63. Expired and Near-Expiry Products

Participating stores should not knowingly pack expired products.

Stores are expected to exercise reasonable care when selecting products approaching their expiry or best-before date.

Customers may report concerns regarding expiry or product condition to AddYea.

64. Customer Storage After Delivery

After a completed delivery or pickup, customers are responsible for promptly and appropriately storing:

• refrigerated products;

• frozen products;

• perishable products; and

• other temperature-sensitive products.

AddYea is not responsible for deterioration caused by unreasonable delay or improper storage after the order has been properly delivered or collected.

65. Product Recalls and Safety

If AddYea or a participating store becomes aware that a product has been recalled or may be unsafe, AddYea may:

• remove the product from the platform;

• prevent further orders;

• remove the product from an existing order;

• cancel an affected order or item; and

• notify affected customers where appropriate.

66. Age-Restricted Products

AddYea does not currently offer age-restricted goods through the Services unless such products are specifically enabled and offered in accordance with applicable law.

Additional age verification, identification, delivery, or refusal requirements may apply if age-restricted products are introduced in the future.

67. Health and Over-the-Counter Products

Where legally permitted over-the-counter health or wellness products are offered, customers are responsible for reading:

• labels;

• warnings;

• dosage instructions;

• contraindications; and

• manufacturer directions.

Product listings on AddYea are not medical advice and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

68. Store Product Information

Participating stores are responsible for maintaining reasonably accurate information relating to:

• product names;

• prices;

• sizes;

• product availability;

• inventory;

• tax settings; and

• other product data provided through the store's systems.

AddYea may correct, hide, suspend, or remove obviously inaccurate or misleading product information when identified.

69. Store Packing

The participating store is responsible for using reasonable care in safely and appropriately packing customer orders before delivery or pickup.

70. Tips

Where AddYea provides a tipping feature, tips are voluntary.

Tips intended for drivers will be allocated to the applicable driver, subject to any legally required tax, payment, or processing treatment.

71. Changes to an Order After Placement

Customers may request changes to an order after it is placed, but AddYea does not guarantee that changes can be accommodated.

Any change is subject to:

• order status;

• whether picking has started;

• store capacity;

• product availability;

• delivery timing; and

• administrative approval.

72. Service Availability

AddYea may temporarily limit, suspend, or modify the Services because of:

• maintenance;

• technical problems;

• store closure;

• insufficient driver availability;

• payment-system issues;
