Driver Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: September 9, 2026

Last Updated: September 20, 2026

These Driver Terms & Conditions (“Driver Terms”) govern the relationship between AddYea Technologies Inc. (“AddYea,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and individuals approved to perform delivery services through the AddYea platform (“Driver,” “you,” or “your”).

These Driver Terms should be read together with the AddYea Driver Privacy Policy, applicable Driver Pay and Assignment information, written pay-rate notices, and any other driver policies expressly incorporated by AddYea.

1. Independent Contractor Relationship

Drivers perform delivery services as independent contractors and not as employees of AddYea, subject to any rights or protections that apply under Ontario law, including legislation governing digital platform workers.

Nothing in these Driver Terms creates an employment, partnership, franchise, agency, or joint-venture relationship.

Drivers control whether to make themselves available for AddYea work and may generally accept or decline available assignments before accepting or reserving them.

AddYea does not guarantee:

• minimum hours;

• minimum assignments;

• minimum weekly earnings;

• a particular store;

• a particular territory; or

• any particular volume of work.

Drivers may work for other delivery platforms or businesses when they are not committed to an AddYea assignment.

2. Eligibility

Drivers must:

• be at least 18 years old;

• hold a valid driver's licence appropriate for the vehicle used;

• operate a legally registered vehicle;

• maintain valid insurance suitable for delivery work;

• satisfy identity and eligibility verification requirements;

• provide any documents reasonably required by AddYea; and

• remain legally entitled to perform delivery services.

AddYea may conduct or require reasonable identity verification, driving-record checks, document verification, or other screening for onboarding, safety, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

3. Driver Insurance

Drivers are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining their own vehicle insurance that permits the vehicle to be used for AddYea delivery work.

AddYea does not provide automobile insurance for the driver's vehicle unless AddYea expressly states otherwise in writing.

Drivers are responsible for:

• insurance premiums;

• deductibles;

• claims involving their vehicle;

• providing updated proof of insurance when requested; and

• ensuring that their insurer is aware of any delivery use where required.

If a driver's insurance expires, is cancelled, becomes invalid, or no longer permits delivery work, the driver must immediately stop performing AddYea deliveries and notify AddYea.

4. Driver Vehicle and Equipment

Drivers are responsible for keeping their vehicle:

• safe;

• roadworthy;

• legally compliant;

• reasonably clean; and

• suitable for transporting grocery orders.

Drivers are responsible for their own:

• fuel;

• maintenance;

• repairs;

• vehicle depreciation;

• insurance;

• mobile phone;

• mobile data;

• delivery equipment;

• parking costs;

• tolls; and

• other operating expenses,

unless AddYea expressly agrees otherwise.

AddYea may require appropriate insulated bags or other suitable delivery equipment for chilled, frozen, or temperature-sensitive products.

5. Driver Documents

Drivers must keep their licence, registration, insurance, banking information, contact details, vehicle information, and other required records accurate and current.

Drivers must promptly notify AddYea if:

• their licence is suspended or restricted;

• insurance is cancelled or invalid;

• registration becomes invalid;

• their vehicle becomes unsafe;

• their legal ability to drive changes; or

• another circumstance arises that could affect their eligibility to perform deliveries.

AddYea may temporarily restrict access to delivery work if required documents are expired, missing, invalid, or cannot reasonably be verified.

6. Driver Account Security

Driver accounts are personal.

Drivers must not:

• share their login;

• share passwords;

• share OTP/security codes;

• allow another person to use their driver account; or

• permit another person to perform deliveries through their account unless that person has separately been approved by AddYea.

Drivers must promptly report suspected unauthorized account access.

AddYea may temporarily restrict access where it reasonably suspects account compromise, fraud, or unauthorized use.

7. Assignment Availability

Drivers may go offline or make themselves unavailable when they are not committed to a reserved assignment.

AddYea may notify drivers about available delivery opportunities through the driver app, push notifications, email, or other approved channels.

A notification that work is available does not by itself constitute acceptance of the assignment.

8. Assignment Reservation

Where AddYea uses a reservation system, the driver accepts the assignment when the driver selects Reserve after being presented with the applicable assignment information.

Before reservation, AddYea will provide applicable information available at that time, which may include:

• participating store;

• delivery window;

• approximate delivery distance or delivery area;

• current number of orders;

• estimated driver pay; and

• an explanation of how the estimated pay was calculated.

Additional orders may be added to a reserved batch until the applicable cutoff time.

The estimated assignment pay may therefore increase or otherwise be updated based on the final batch composition and applicable AddYea pay rules.

No separate acceptance is required at cutoff unless AddYea later changes the platform flow.

9. Reserved Assignment Commitment

Once a driver reserves an assignment, the driver is expected to remain reasonably available to complete that assignment.

If the driver becomes unable to perform the assignment, the driver must contact AddYea Admin as soon as reasonably possible.

Drivers must not reserve overlapping assignments that they cannot reasonably complete.

Where a driver is connected with multiple participating stores, the driver should normally complete one store's active batch before beginning another unless AddYea coordinates otherwise.

10. Driver Cancellation

A genuine:

• emergency;

• illness;

• accident;

• vehicle breakdown; or

• similar reasonable event

may result in Admin cancelling or reassigning the delivery without treating the incident as misconduct.

Repeated unjustified:

• last-minute cancellations;

• failure to attend;

• abandonment of reserved assignments; or

• no-shows

may result in warnings, restrictions, suspension, or removal from the platform in accordance with applicable law.

11. AddYea Cancellation of an Assignment

If AddYea cancels a reserved future assignment before the driver begins travelling to the pickup location, no cancellation payment is guaranteed unless AddYea specifically approves compensation or applicable law requires payment.

If cancellation occurs after the applicable work assignment has begun, AddYea will handle driver compensation in accordance with applicable Ontario law and any approved additional work or return requirements.

12. Driver Pay Structure

AddYea uses assignment-based driver pay.

Pay may be calculated using disclosed factors such as:

• delivery distance;

• distance band or zone;

• number of orders in a batch;

• applicable batch rate;

• premiums;

• additional approved work;

• return-to-store requirements;

or

• other disclosed factors.

Specific dollar rates do not form a permanent part of these Driver Terms.

Current rates may be communicated separately through:

• the driver app;

• written pay schedules;

• email;

• assignment offers; or

• other written AddYea notices.

13. Estimated Pay Before Reservation

When an assignment is offered for reservation, AddYea will provide the driver with the estimated amount the driver is expected to earn for that assignment and how the estimated amount is calculated, as required by applicable law.

Where additional orders are added to an existing reserved batch, AddYea may update the estimated pay based on the final assignment details.

14. Changes to Driver Pay Rates

AddYea may change:

• distance tiers;

• zone rates;

• batch rates;

• premiums;

• assignment-pay formulas;

• payout timing;

• assignment-offer factors; or

• other compensation rules.

Affected drivers will receive written notice before such changes take effect where required by applicable law.

During the current phase, written notice may be provided by email.

A notice may include:

• the change;

• the previous rate where relevant;

• the new rate;

• the effective date; and

• applicable assignment categories.

A later rate change will not ordinarily reduce the rate applicable to an assignment already reserved under the previous rate structure.

15. Minimum Pay Requirements

AddYea will comply with applicable Ontario minimum-pay requirements for digital platform workers.

AddYea may continue to use assignment-based or fixed-rate compensation.

Where applicable law requires a minimum level of compensation based on qualifying assignment time, AddYea will determine compliance in accordance with the legally permitted calculation method.

Tips are separate from minimum-pay calculations where required by law.

16. Assignment Time

Drivers must accurately update assignment statuses.

Where the system uses Head to Store, the driver must select that status when the driver actually begins travelling toward the pickup location.

Drivers must not intentionally activate assignment statuses significantly earlier or later than the corresponding activity.

AddYea may use:

• status timestamps;

• arrival records;

• pickup records;

• delivery records;

• available location information;

• Admin records; and

• other reliable system information

to determine or verify assignment start and completion times.

17. Written Assignment Pay Records

AddYea will provide drivers with written assignment and payment information within the timeframe required by applicable Ontario law.

The information may include, as required:

• assignment start time;

• assignment end time;

• actual assignment pay;

• tips;

• applicable premiums or extra pay;

• how the amount was calculated; and

• applicable payout timing.

Actual money may be paid according to AddYea's regular payout schedule even where the written assignment record is provided earlier.

18. Weekly Payouts

AddYea generally pays drivers weekly to the payout account registered with AddYea.

Drivers are responsible for maintaining accurate:

• banking information;

• payout information; and

• applicable tax information.

Payment timing may be affected by financial institutions, payment processors, verification issues, or other circumstances outside AddYea's reasonable control.

19. Tips

Customer tips intended for drivers belong to the applicable driver, subject only to legally required tax or payment processing.

Tips:

• are separate from assignment/base pay;

• are not used to reduce the driver's applicable base assignment pay; and

• will not be improperly withheld or deducted.

20. Additional Work and Additional Pay

AddYea may sometimes ask a driver to perform additional work within an existing assignment, including:

• additional travel;

• return-to-store travel;

• unusual waiting;

• redelivery;

• additional delivery activity; or

• another reasonable operational task.

Where AddYea approves additional compensation, the amount should be clearly recorded.

For the current phase, AddYea may discuss the additional work and compensation with the driver by telephone.

If the driver verbally agrees, AddYea may then provide written confirmation by email.

The driver is not required to reply to the confirmation email unless AddYea specifically requests acknowledgement.

The written confirmation should identify, where applicable:

• assignment/order reference;

• additional work;

• approved additional pay; and

• applicable payout treatment.

The final written assignment/pay record will reflect the actual applicable compensation.

21. No Direct Customer Charges

Drivers must not ask customers for additional money for:

• waiting;

• distance;

• stairs;

• parking;

• weather;

• redelivery;

• return travel; or

• any other reason.

Any additional customer charge or driver compensation must be handled through AddYea/Admin.

Drivers must not independently promise customers:

• refunds;

• credits;

• discounts;

• replacements;

• waived fees; or

• other financial compensation

unless specifically authorized by AddYea.

22. Payment Errors and Overpayments

If AddYea underpays a driver, AddYea may correct the payment.

If AddYea accidentally pays a driver more than the amount actually earned, AddYea may notify the driver, document the overpayment, and seek repayment or correction through a method permitted by law.

AddYea will not automatically deduct or offset an overpayment from the driver's future earned compensation unless such deduction or offset is legally permitted.

23. Payout Verification Holds

AddYea may temporarily delay or hold a payout where reasonably necessary to investigate identity concerns, banking verification, suspected fraud, payment-processing errors, or another legitimate payment issue, subject to applicable law.

24. Driver Taxes

Drivers are responsible for their own tax obligations arising from AddYea earnings, including where applicable income tax, CPP, GST/HST registration and remittance, and other legally required tax reporting.

AddYea may provide records or information where legally required.

25. Pickup Procedure

Drivers should attend the participating store when the order is ready or when instructed by AddYea/store.

Drivers should not arrive excessively early unless operationally necessary.

Before leaving the store, drivers should verify:

• correct order;

• correct customer/batch;

• applicable bag count; and

• obvious visible damage or missing bags.

If an order is:

• missing;

• incomplete;

• not ready;

• damaged; or

• disputed,

the driver should contact AddYea/Admin rather than arguing with store staff or leaving with an uncertain order.

26. Transporting Orders

Drivers must transport customer groceries with reasonable care.

Drivers must:

• keep orders reasonably clean;

• keep orders protected;

• keep bags upright where appropriate;

• keep different customer orders separated;

• avoid unnecessary delays;

• protect fragile items;

• transport chilled/frozen/perishable items promptly; and

• use suitable delivery equipment where required.

Drivers must not knowingly transport groceries in conditions likely to contaminate them or expose them to inappropriate strong odours.

27. Smoking and Vaping

Drivers must not smoke or vape in a vehicle while an AddYea customer order is being transported.

28. Order Tampering

Drivers must not:

• open sealed bags unnecessarily;

• consume customer products;

• remove products;

• substitute products;

• intentionally damage products;

• keep customer merchandise; or

• otherwise tamper with an order.

29. Damage to an Order

If an item is damaged, spilled, broken, or otherwise compromised while in the driver's possession, the driver must promptly notify AddYea/Admin.

Drivers must not conceal known damage or complete the delivery as though the affected item were undamaged.

AddYea will determine the appropriate customer resolution.

For ordinary accidental driver-caused product damage, AddYea may absorb the customer adjustment rather than automatically deducting the amount from driver earnings.

Store-caused packing or product issues may be handled with the participating store in accordance with the applicable merchant agreement.

Repeated reckless handling, serious negligence, theft, or intentional misconduct may result in investigation and appropriate action.

30. Leaving the Store

After pickup, drivers should proceed toward delivery without unnecessary delay.

Drivers should avoid unnecessary personal stops or detours that may materially delay delivery.

31. Batch Delivery Sequence

Where AddYea assigns multiple customer orders in a batch, drivers should follow the applicable delivery route or sequence provided by AddYea where practicable.

AddYea may change:

• route;

• delivery sequence;

• batch composition; or

• other assignment details

for legitimate operational reasons.

If such a change affects driver compensation, the applicable pay should be updated accordingly.

A driver may deviate from the planned sequence where reasonably necessary for safety or where instructed by AddYea/Admin.

32. Traffic and Road Safety

Drivers must comply with all applicable:

• traffic laws;

• parking laws;

• distracted-driving laws;

• road-safety requirements; and

• vehicle laws.

Drivers must not manually operate the AddYea app, text, or improperly handle their phone while the vehicle is moving.

Lawful hands-free use may be used where permitted.

33. Alcohol, Drugs and Impairment

Drivers must not perform AddYea delivery work while impaired by alcohol, cannabis, illegal drugs, or medication or another substance that makes driving unsafe.

34. Unsafe Conditions

Drivers are not required to continue a delivery when weather, road conditions, vehicle condition, customer conduct, animals, property conditions, or another hazard creates a reasonable safety concern.

The driver should move to or remain in a safe location and contact AddYea/Admin for instructions.

35. Parking and Property Access

Drivers are responsible for lawful parking and reasonable safe access during deliveries.

Drivers should not violate parking or traffic laws solely to complete a delivery.

If a delivery location cannot safely or reasonably be accessed, the driver should contact AddYea/Admin.

Traffic tickets, parking tickets, towing charges, and fines caused by the driver's conduct are generally the driver's responsibility.

36. Customer Contact

Drivers may use customer contact information only where reasonably necessary for:

• delivery coordination;

• access;

• safety;

• location clarification; or

• other legitimate delivery purposes.

Drivers must not contact customers for personal, promotional, romantic, commercial, or unrelated purposes.

37. Customer Phone Numbers

Where AddYea provides a customer telephone number to the assigned driver, the number may only be used for the active AddYea delivery.

Drivers must not:

• save the number for personal use;

• share it;

• use it after the delivery; or

• contact the customer afterward for an unrelated purpose.

38. Customer Unavailable

For a direct-handoff delivery, if the customer or recipient is unavailable, the driver should make up to two reasonable contact attempts and then contact AddYea/Admin.

The driver must follow Admin instructions regarding:

• waiting;

• redelivery;

• return;

• alternative delivery;

• cancellation; or

• another appropriate action.

39. Leave at Door

Where the customer selects Leave at Door, the driver ordinarily should not call the customer unless the delivery cannot safely or reasonably be completed according to the instructions.

Before marking the delivery Delivered, the driver must take the required proof-of-delivery photograph.

The photo should clearly show where the order was left while avoiding unnecessary capture of:

• people;

• private interiors;

• unrelated personal information; or

• other unnecessary private details.

40. Direct Handoff

For direct-handoff deliveries, the driver may mark the order Delivered after the delivery has actually been successfully completed.

Drivers must not mark an order Delivered before the delivery occurs.

41. Customer Refuses Delivery

If a customer clearly refuses the order, the driver must not force or intentionally complete the handoff against the customer's clear instruction.

The driver should contact AddYea/Admin for further instructions.

42. Return to Store

Where Admin directs a driver to return an undeliverable order to the participating store, the driver should follow that instruction.

Any approved additional return compensation will be handled according to AddYea's pay procedures.

Drivers must not independently decide to:

• discard;

• keep;

• consume; or

• give away

an undeliverable order unless expressly authorized by AddYea.

43. Proof and Incident Reporting

Drivers may submit photographs, notes, or other relevant information where reasonably necessary to document:

• damaged products;

• accidents;

• delivery disputes;

• customer refusal;

• unsafe conditions;

• property damage;

• missing orders;

• bag issues; or

• other legitimate delivery incidents.

Knowingly providing false photographs, false notes, or misleading incident information is serious misconduct.

44. Customer and Store Privacy

Drivers must protect information obtained through AddYea.

Drivers must not improperly:

• photograph customer homes;

• record customers;

• save addresses;

• share order information;

• share customer information;

• share internal store information; or

• publish delivery details.

Exceptions apply only where reasonably required for:

• proof of delivery;

• safety;

• incident reporting;

• legal requirements; or

• AddYea instructions.

45. Location Information

Where location functionality is enabled and subject to applicable device permissions and law, AddYea may collect driver location information when reasonably necessary for:

• reserved assignments;

• active assignments;

• pickup;

• routing;

• delivery;

• safety;

• assignment-time verification; or

• related delivery operations.

AddYea does not use driver device location for ongoing tracking when the driver is offline and has no reserved or active assignment. Location collection is limited to circumstances reasonably necessary for a reserved or active assignment, delivery operations, safety, or assignment-time verification, subject to applicable device permissions and law.

Drivers must provide accurate delivery-status information.

46. Passenger Restriction

During the current phase, drivers must not carry unauthorized passengers while actively transporting or delivering an AddYea customer order.

This restriction does not apply when the driver is not carrying an AddYea customer order.

47. Smartphone and Connectivity

Drivers are responsible for maintaining:

• a working smartphone;

• necessary mobile data/connectivity;

• access to the AddYea Driver app; and

• important operational notifications

while performing or preparing to perform a reserved assignment.

If the app, phone, mobile network, or AddYea system fails during an active delivery, the driver should contact AddYea/Admin as soon as reasonably possible and follow reasonable manual instructions.

48. No Direct Payment Collection

Drivers must not collect:

• cash;

• card payments;

• Interac transfers;

• e-transfers; or

• another direct customer payment

unless AddYea expressly introduces and authorizes such a payment method.

49. Accidents and Serious Incidents

Drivers must promptly report to AddYea any serious incident occurring during AddYea delivery work, including:

• collision;

• personal injury;

• customer injury;

• property damage;

• police involvement;

• serious vehicle problem;

• theft;

• safety incident; or

• similar material event.

Drivers are responsible for dealing with their own insurer regarding their vehicle and should cooperate with reasonable AddYea investigation or insurance requests.

50. Customer or Store Property Damage

If a driver believes they damaged customer or participating-store property while performing AddYea work, the driver must promptly report the incident to AddYea/Admin.

The driver must reasonably cooperate with any subsequent investigation or applicable insurance process.

51. Driver Property

Drivers are responsible for their own:

• vehicle;

• smartphone;

• delivery equipment;

• personal belongings; and

• other property.

AddYea does not insure or reimburse ordinary loss, theft, wear, damage, repair, or replacement of those items except to the extent AddYea is legally liable under applicable law.

52. Theft, Fraud and Dishonesty

The following may constitute serious misconduct:

• stealing;

• intentionally keeping customer/store property;

• falsifying delivery completion;

• falsifying GPS/location information;

• falsifying pickup/arrival status;

• submitting false proof of delivery;

• knowingly submitting false information;

• manipulating the platform;

• payment fraud; or

• similar dishonest conduct.

AddYea may investigate and take appropriate action subject to applicable law.

53. Driver-Caused Losses

Where a driver intentionally or through serious negligence causes a loss, AddYea may investigate and seek lawful recovery where appropriate.

AddYea will not simply deduct customer or store losses from future driver-earned compensation unless such deduction is legally permitted.

54. Conduct Toward Others

Drivers must not:

• threaten;

• harass;

• abuse;

• discriminate against;

• intimidate; or

• behave dangerously toward

customers, store personnel, other drivers, AddYea personnel, or members of the public.

55. Investigation and Temporary Restrictions

AddYea may investigate credible complaints involving:

• safety;

• fraud;

• harassment;

• theft;

• account compromise;

• dangerous driving;

• serious misconduct; or

• other legitimate concerns.

Where reasonably necessary, AddYea may temporarily restrict access while an issue is reviewed, subject to applicable Ontario notice and platform-worker requirements.

56. Suspension and Deactivation

AddYea may suspend, restrict, or deactivate a driver for legitimate reasons including:

• serious misconduct;

• repeated material violations;

• fraud;

• theft;

• safety concerns;

• repeated unjustified missed assignments;

• invalid eligibility documents;

• account misuse; or

• inability to legally perform delivery work.

Any required written explanation, advance notice, or other procedural protection will be provided in accordance with applicable Ontario law.

57. Driver Review of Decisions

Drivers may contact AddYea/Admin to request review of a:

• pay calculation;

• warning;

• suspension;

• restriction;

• deactivation; or

• other material driver decision

that the driver reasonably believes is incorrect.

58. No Retaliation for Legal Rights

AddYea will not retaliate against a driver merely because the driver:

• asks about rights under applicable digital-platform-worker law;

• requests legally required information;

• makes a lawful complaint;

• participates in a legal proceeding; or

• cooperates with a government compliance officer.

59. Driver Leaving AddYea

Drivers may stop accepting assignments or request closure of their driver account.

Before leaving, drivers remain responsible for properly completing or cancelling any assignment they have already reserved.

AddYea may retain legally required records after account closure.

60. No Authority to Bind AddYea

Drivers are not authorized to act as employees, managers, legal agents, or corporate representatives of AddYea.

Drivers must not:

• enter agreements on AddYea's behalf;

• promise compensation;

• negotiate contracts;

• make guarantees;

• make legal commitments; or

• represent that they have authority to bind AddYea

unless specifically authorized in writing.

61. No Solicitation or Platform Bypass

Drivers must not improperly use customer or store information obtained through AddYea to:

• arrange private deliveries;

• solicit customers;

• solicit participating stores;

• divert business away from AddYea;

• promote their own competing service; or

• bypass the AddYea platform for personal gain.

62. Confidential Information

Drivers must protect AddYea's non-public information, including:

• internal procedures;

• customer information;

• store information;

• pricing logic;

• pay structures not intended for public disclosure;

• security information;

• system information;

• operational procedures; and

• other confidential business information.

63. Social Media and Screenshots

Drivers must not publicly post or improperly share:

• customer addresses;

• customer order details;

• proof-of-delivery images;

• internal app screens containing confidential information;

• private incident information;

• confidential store information; or

• another person's payout information.

64. App and System Misuse

Drivers must not:

• scrape;

• copy;

• reverse engineer;

• manipulate;

• interfere with;

• hack;

• improperly access; or

• circumvent

AddYea applications, systems, customer data, store data, security systems, or platform functionality.

65. Driver Branding

Drivers are not currently required to wear an AddYea uniform or permanently display AddYea vehicle branding unless AddYea later introduces a specific identification or branding policy.

66. Records

AddYea may maintain records relating to:

• assignments;

• assignment start/end times;

• pay;

• tips;

• payouts;

• incidents;

• complaints;

• driver account actions;

• proof of delivery;

• tax matters;

• investigations; and

• legal matters.

Records will be retained for periods required by applicable law and for legitimate business, safety, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes.

Where Ontario digital-platform-worker legislation applies, AddYea will retain the required platform-worker records for at least the legally required period, including at least three years after the driver’s access to the platform is terminated where required by law.

67. Information Provided at Onboarding

Within the period required by applicable Ontario law after a driver receives platform access, AddYea will provide applicable written information regarding matters such as:

• how driver pay is calculated;

• regular pay period;

• regular pay day;

• treatment of tips;

• factors relevant to work-assignment offers;

• consequences for failing to complete accepted work; and

• other information legally required.

This information may be contained in these Driver Terms, a Driver Pay and Assignment Policy, the driver app, or another written onboarding document.

68. Changes to Assignment or Pay Rules

Where AddYea changes information that applicable law requires to be disclosed in advance, AddYea will provide affected drivers written notice before the change takes effect.

Written notice may be provided electronically, including through:

• email; or

• the AddYea Driver app.

Material changes may also require updated Driver Terms or acknowledgement where appropriate.

69. Electronic Communications

Drivers agree that AddYea may provide operational and legal communications electronically, including:

• assignment notices;

• pay information;

• pay-rate changes;

• payout notices;

• policy updates;

• account notices;

• suspension/deactivation notices;

• Terms updates; and

• other required communications.

Operational and legal communications may be delivered through the Driver app, push notifications, email, or other approved channels. AddYea may use email OTP, SMS OTP when available, or another reasonable method for account or security verification. When available, SMS is limited to one-time passwords, security verification codes, and related account-verification purposes under the AddYea Driver Privacy Policy. Telephone or WhatsApp may be used for support or operational coordination where offered.

70. Privacy

AddYea's collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of driver personal information is also governed by the AddYea Driver Privacy Policy.

Drivers must comply with applicable privacy requirements relating to customer and store information received through the AddYea platform.

71. Independent Contractor Benefits

Because drivers operate as independent contractors, AddYea does not provide employee benefits such as vacation pay, paid sick leave, pension benefits, or other employee benefits, except where applicable law specifically provides a right or protection to digital platform workers regardless of contractor status.

72. Governing Law and Ontario Disputes

These Driver Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada.

Where applicable Ontario digital-platform-worker legislation requires disputes to be resolved in Ontario, these Driver Terms will not require the driver to resolve such disputes outside Ontario.

Nothing in these Driver Terms removes a statutory right that cannot legally be waived.

73. Changes to These Driver Terms

AddYea may update these Driver Terms from time to time because of operational changes, legal changes, service changes, technology changes, safety requirements, or new platform features.

AddYea will provide notice where required by applicable law.

Material changes may require fresh acknowledgement where appropriate.

74. Severability

If any provision of these Driver Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

75. No Waiver

If AddYea does not immediately enforce a provision of these Driver Terms, this does not mean AddYea permanently gives up the right to enforce it later.

76. Entire Agreement

These Driver Terms, together with:

• AddYea's Driver Privacy Policy;

• applicable written driver pay information;

• applicable rate notices;

• assignment-specific information; and

• any other driver policy expressly incorporated by AddYea,

form the agreement governing the driver's use of the AddYea Driver platform.

77. Contact and Driver Support

Questions regarding assignments, driver pay, account issues, incidents, safety, cancellations, disputes, or these Driver Terms may be directed to AddYea through the applicable driver-support channels.
